Emergency personnel are automatically summoned within seconds after receiving either a fire, medical, environmental, or intrusion signal from the alarm system.. We use the industry’s highest UL Certified digital alarm receivers, including The Surguard Systems III & IV, The Bosch 6600, and the Ultrasync AlarmNet Frontel (Videofied) to name a few

    We also provide web portal access, incorporate the latest in cellular technology (4G Interactive GSM,), and offer free text and email messages on every alarm signal!

    Our monitoring services are provided by a UL Certified CSAA 5 Diamond Central Monitoring Station. The facility is technologically advanced, and built to last.  Additionally, it has 12″ steel reinforced concrete block walls, a reinforced steel roof and hurricane resistant windows. The facility has three large generators with 2400 gallons of underground fuel to supply power in the event of an outage and a backup water source. Underground phone lines connect directly to the phone company’s central office. This speaks to the full preparedness of the facility in the event of a natural disaster or other emergency.
